一、敷設(shè)距離橋架內(nèi)電纜垂直敷設(shè)時(shí)，注意其上端每隔1.50~2m敷設(shè)一次； 水平敷設(shè)時(shí)，每隔電纜頸、尾兩端、轉(zhuǎn)彎及5~10m。 當(dāng)組0在同一高度平行設(shè)備上時(shí)，各相鄰0之間應(yīng)考慮保護(hù)、檢修間隔。水平設(shè)備時(shí)，離地高度一般不宜小于2.50m。 垂直設(shè)備時(shí)，地面以下1.80m處用金屬套保護(hù)，敷設(shè)在電氣專用房間(配電室、電氣豎井、技術(shù)層等)內(nèi)時(shí)在外面。 對(duì)于0水平設(shè)備，宜采用荷載曲線泄放支撐。 跨度通常為1.5~3m，也可以制作大跨度橋梁8m。 另外，垂直鋪設(shè)時(shí)，其固定點(diǎn)間隔不得超過2m。 可無間距敷設(shè)電纜，橋架內(nèi)橫斷面的電纜填充率：電力電纜不應(yīng)超過40%； 控制電纜請(qǐng)控制在一半以下。 0與各種管道平行或者交叉的，其小凈距應(yīng)當(dāng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。

二、有異常的電纜或電壓，不得敷設(shè)在同一層橋架上。例如，有l(wèi)kV以上和1kV以下異常電壓的電纜、經(jīng)同一路徑向一次負(fù)載供電的雙路電源電纜異常用途電纜、應(yīng)急照明和其他照明電纜，或者強(qiáng)電和弱電電纜，不得敷設(shè)在同一層橋架上，受條件限制設(shè)備在同一層橋架的，應(yīng)當(dāng)用隔板隔離。

2、 Any abnormal cables or voltages shall not be laid on the same layer of cable tray. For example, cables with abnormal voltages above 1kV and below 1kV, dual power cables supplying power to a load through the same path, cables for abnormal purposes, emergency lighting and other lighting cables, or strong and weak current cables shall not be laid on the same layer of bridge. If they are limited by conditions and installed on the same layer of bridge, they should be isolated with partitions.

三、防護(hù)方法室內(nèi)選用電纜接線時(shí)，其電纜不應(yīng)有黃麻或其他易燃材料的外層保護(hù)層； 在有腐蝕或罕見濕潤的地方使用電纜接線時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)腐蝕介質(zhì)的異常情況采用相應(yīng)的防護(hù)方法。 橋架使用耐腐蝕的熱鍍鋅橋架時(shí)，應(yīng)使用塑料護(hù)套電纜。請(qǐng)勿安裝在腐蝕性氣體配管和熱配管的上方及腐蝕性液體配管的下方，條件有限時(shí)請(qǐng)務(wù)必采用防腐、隔熱方法。

3、 When selecting cable wiring indoors, the cable should not have an outer protective layer of jute or other flammable materials; When using cable wiring in areas with corrosion or rare moisture, corresponding protective methods should be adopted according to the abnormal situation of the corrosive medium. When using corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized cable trays, plastic sheathed cables should be used. Do not install above corrosive gas piping and hot piping, or below corrosive liquid piping. When conditions are limited, be sure to use anti-corrosion and insulation methods.
