1. 橋架電纜垂直敷設(shè)，一般宜自上而下敷設(shè)，在土建沒(méi)拆吊車前，用吊車將電纜吊樓層頂部;敷設(shè)前選好位置，架好電纜盤，電纜向下彎曲部位應(yīng)用滑輪支撐電纜，在電纜軸和盤處以及樓層處應(yīng)設(shè)制動(dòng)和防滑措施;自下而上敷設(shè)時(shí)，低層小截面電纜可用滑輪和大繩人力牽引敷設(shè)，高層大截面電纜應(yīng)用機(jī)械牽引敷設(shè)，敷設(shè)應(yīng)安排列圖進(jìn)行，以免交叉，排列應(yīng)整齊，間距應(yīng)均勻，大于45°傾斜的電纜每隔2m處設(shè)固定點(diǎn);垂直敷設(shè)于橋架內(nèi)的電纜，每敷設(shè)一根應(yīng)固定一根，全塑電纜每1m應(yīng)固定一次，其他電纜固定點(diǎn)為1.5m，控制電纜固定點(diǎn)應(yīng)為1m。

When laying low-rise and small-section cables, pulleys and large ropes can be used for manpower traction. High-rise and large-section cables should be laid by mechanical traction. Laying should be arranged in a chart so as to avoid crossing. Arrangement should be neat and spacing should be uniform. Cables with inclination greater than 45 degrees should be fixed at 2 m intervals. Cables laid vertically in the bridge frame should be laid with one cable. One cable should be fixed, the fixed point of all plastic cable should be fixed once per meter, the fixed point of other cable should be 1.5 m, and the fixed point of control cable should be 1 m.

2. 電纜穿過(guò)防火墻及防火樓板時(shí)，應(yīng)盡量水平或垂直敷設(shè)，應(yīng)先墊上一層60mm的泡沫石棉氈或礦棉，放一層電纜，再放一層60mm的泡沫石棉氈或礦棉，再放一層電纜，依次放置;電纜敷設(shè)完成后，用泡沫石棉氈或礦棉把洞堵嚴(yán)，有些小洞可用電纜防火堵料堵塞。墻洞兩側(cè)應(yīng)用不小于1.5mm厚的鋼板將泡沫石棉氈或礦棉保護(hù)起來(lái)。在防火墻兩側(cè)1m以內(nèi)厚度達(dá)到0.5mm~1mm，對(duì)鎧裝油浸紙絕緣電纜，先包一層玻璃絲布，再涂防火涂料厚度0.5mm~1mm或直接涂1~1.5mm防火涂料，作法見(jiàn)圖12.4.4(3)。也可用膨脹型防火材料，按產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求封堵。

3. 橋架內(nèi)電纜水平敷設(shè):應(yīng)將電纜安排列圖敷設(shè)，單層擺放，排列整齊，不得交叉，拐彎處應(yīng)以大截面電纜彎曲半徑為準(zhǔn)。不同等級(jí)電壓的電纜應(yīng)分層敷設(shè)，高壓電纜應(yīng)敷設(shè)在上層。同等電壓的電纜沿橋架敷設(shè)時(shí)，電纜水平凈距不得小于35mm。首層兩端，轉(zhuǎn)彎處兩側(cè)及每隔5~10m應(yīng)固定一次。

3. Horizontal laying of cables in bridge frame: cables should be laid out in laying plans, single-layer laying, neatly arranged and not crossed. The bending radius of large cross-section cables should be taken as the criterion. Cables of different voltage levels should be layed in layers, and high voltage cables should be laid in the upper layers.
