(1)鋼支架與吊架應(yīng)焊接牢固，無顯著變形，焊接前厚度超過4mm的支架、鐵件應(yīng)打坡口，焊縫均勻平整，焊縫長度應(yīng)符合要求，不得出現(xiàn)裂紋、咬邊、氣孔、凹陷、漏焊等缺陷；

(1) Steel brackets and hangers should be welded firmly without significant deformation. Before welding, brackets and iron parts with thickness exceeding 4 mm should be grooved. The weld seams should be uniform and smooth. The length of the weld seams should meet the requirements. No cracks, undercut, gas holes, sags or leaks should occur.

(2)支架與吊架應(yīng)安裝牢固，保證橫平豎直，在有坡度的建筑物上安裝支架與吊架應(yīng)與建筑物的坡度、角度一致；

(2) Brackets and hangers should be installed firmly to ensure horizontal and vertical, and brackets and hangers should be installed on buildings with slopes in accordance with the slopes and angles of buildings.

(3)嚴(yán)禁用木磚固定支架與吊架；

(3) It is strictly forbidden to use wooden bricks to fix brackets and hangers;

(4)支架與吊架所用鋼材應(yīng)平直，無顯著扭曲。下料后長短偏差應(yīng)在3mm范圍內(nèi)，切口處應(yīng)無卷邊、毛刺；

(4) The steel used for brackets and hangers shall be straight without significant distortion. The length deviation should be within 3 mm after cutting, and there should be no curling and burr at the incision.

(5)嚴(yán)禁用電氣焊切割鋼結(jié)構(gòu)或輕鋼龍骨任何部位；

(5) It is strictly forbidden to use electric welding to cut any part of steel structure or light steel keel.

(6)支架與吊架的規(guī)格一般不應(yīng)小于扁鋼30mm×3mm；角鋼25mm×25mm×3mm；

(6) The specifications of support and hanger should not be less than 30 mm *3 mm of flat steel and 25 mm *25 mm *3 mm of angle steel.

(7)吊具應(yīng)采用定型產(chǎn)品，并應(yīng)有各自獨(dú)立的吊裝卡具或支撐系統(tǒng)。

(7) All-purpose hangers shall adopt stereotyped products and shall have their own independent lifting fixtures or support systems.

(8)固定支點(diǎn)間距一般不應(yīng)大于1.5～2m。在進(jìn)出接線盒、箱、柜、轉(zhuǎn)角、轉(zhuǎn)彎和變形縫兩端及丁字接頭的三端500mm以內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)固定支持點(diǎn)。

(8) The distance between fixed fulcrums should not be greater than 1.5-2 m in general. Fixed support points shall be provided within 500 mm of the two ends of the outlet junction box, box, cabinet, corner, turning and deformation seam and the three ends of the T-joint.
